Follow the steps below:
Use ADSIEdit from the Active Directory Domain Controller
Go to CN=DirectoryService,CN=WindowsNT,CN=Services,CN=Configuration,DC=rootdomain,DC=com
Set the dsheuristics attribute to a value 0000000001100.
Save the value.
